Vehicle information and availability

We work to keep our listings accurate and current. Vehicle descriptions, mileage, equipment, photographs and specifications may contain omissions or entry errors. Please confirm important details with AJC Auto Group LLC and inspect the vehicle before purchasing. Inventory can change as vehicles are sold; contact us to confirm availability before arranging a visit.

Prices, taxes and fees

Review the price and disclosures shown with each vehicle. Request an itemized written quote explaining the vehicle price, applicable taxes, registration costs and any other lawfully disclosed charges. Dealer charges are not government fees. Optional products or services should be identified separately and are not required unless expressly permitted by law.

This notice does not authorize undisclosed charges, change a vehicle’s advertised price or excuse an inaccurate advertisement. Applicable California pricing and advertising requirements govern each transaction. Any exclusions from an advertised price must be permitted by law and disclosed as required.

Financing and payment estimates

Financing is subject to lender approval and the terms offered for the applicant and vehicle. Approval, a particular interest rate, down payment or monthly payment is not guaranteed. Any illustrative payment or estimate is for comparison only and must state its assumptions. Review the written financing terms, including the annual percentage rate, term, amount financed and total payments, before signing.

Sell-my-car and trade-in requests

Submitting vehicle details or photos requests an appraisal review; it does not create a purchase agreement or guarantee an offer. Any valuation or offer is subject to inspection, verification of vehicle condition, mileage, ownership, title status and any outstanding loan balance. Final terms will be provided separately.

Vehicle condition and warranties

Used vehicles vary in condition and equipment. A website description does not replace an inspection, vehicle history information, the Buyers Guide or written sale documents. Any applicable warranty or service contract coverage, limitations and exclusions must be reviewed in its own written documents. This notice does not declare all vehicles “as is” or waive a warranty or consumer protection required by law.

Website inquiries and external links

An inquiry, appointment request or form submission does not by itself reserve a vehicle, complete a sale or secure financing. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
