AJC Auto Group LLC · Effective October 13, 2026

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and explains privacy choices for California residents who interact with AJC Auto Group LLC. Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, apply where the business and information are covered by those laws. Some information and requests are subject to legal exceptions.

Your California privacy rights

  • Know and access: Request the categories and specific information collected about you, where it came from, why it is used, and the categories of recipients to whom it is disclosed.
  • Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions such as transaction records, security needs and legal recordkeeping requirements.
  • Opt out: Where applicable, direct a business to stop selling your personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit sensitive information: Where applicable, restrict certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information beyond permitted purposes.
  • Equal treatment: Exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

AJC’s information practices

AJC Auto Group LLC does not sell or rent customer personal information or share it with third parties for their advertising. Information may be provided to staff and service providers for dealership operations, hosting, form processing, email delivery and spam prevention, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our online forms collect contact information, vehicle details, messages and optional vehicle photos. Website providers may collect technical and usage information. Our general inquiry and appraisal forms do not request Social Security numbers or financial account information. Please do not include these details in a privacy request.

How to submit a privacy request

Email sales@ajcautogroup.com with the subject “California Privacy Request,” call 916-281-9002, or write to the address below. You may also use our Contact page and identify your message as a privacy request.

Please provide your name, a way to reach you and the type of request. Include enough context to help us locate your inquiry or transaction, but avoid sending sensitive documents by ordinary email. You do not need to create an account to contact us about privacy.

Verification and authorized agents

For access, correction or deletion requests, we may ask for information needed to confirm that you are the person associated with our records. Verification information is used for that purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request as permitted by law; we may request proof of authorization and any permitted identity verification. Opt-out requests do not require identity verification.

Request handling and privacy signals

We will review requests under applicable law and explain any applicable exception or inability to complete a request. Where CCPA response deadlines apply, requests to know, correct or delete generally receive a response within 45 calendar days; a permitted extension requires notice.

California residents can use browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control to communicate sale or advertising-sharing preferences to covered businesses. AJC’s current practice is not to sell customer information or share it for third-party advertising. You may also contact us directly with privacy questions or preferences.
